Who we are
Xpression Event Solutions limited (XESL) was established in
January 2007 by three partners who identified a void in the market
for a professional event logistics and support service company.
Between the three partners, we offer over fifty-years experience
in this sector. With the experience that the three partners share,
we have no hesitation in offering services to any sector of commerce
especially that experience in most of them already prevails.
What we do
We do it well. Our pedigree is from Formula One, so standards
are high including the latest kit, vehicles and smart Operators.
We know about image and things working correctly at all times.
We are also qualified in IOSH, so Health & Safety is practiced
methodically throughout our business.
We concentrate upon the things we know. Experiential Marketing,
Roadshows, European Tours, MEU Event & Vehicle Management,
Operators and of course Dedicated Storage & Fulfillment Support
to every kind of event.

Nickleodeon Winners Party
Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire. It was a change to work so locally. XESL oversaw all themed zones present, including a ten metre replica of Gulliver (see left), depicting the real face of the character played by Jack Black.

XESL latest news
We are very excited about our winter build projects which are almost coming to fruition. The first has will be officially launched next week, which is a new Event Marketing Unit for SEAT UK. This has been a sixteen week build, and we have taken direction from SEAT's creative agency in Spain, matching all materials, finishes and graphics to their new CI Guidelines and requirements. Look out for new images from the launch coming soon. The first event for this new unit is at Silverstone in April.
Our second build project is due to be launched in April, so watch this page for updated news and images.
Winter 2012/ 13 has been busy for us especially with our own "housekeeping" projects. Due to us expanding our warehouse & storage facilities last year, we have now installed new racking and vehicle storage areas. Also, our production department has grown, thus enabling us to pre-build stands and "layout" prior to final installations. This facility provides our clients with the opportunity to view their stands/ items, and make necessary changes/ additions if required. Also, due to be completed in April, is a new secure atmospherically controlled storage area, to be used for paper items such as brochures, catalogues, clothing, AV equipment, etc.
New Offices for XES... In case you have been on the other side of the world for the last six months, we have moved our office as well. It was a sad time for myself and Paul to say goodbye to our original rabbit warren, as well as when we had to purchase enough furniture for the new place! Our new open plan office features two large storage rooms, which are dedicated to our fulfilment activities. Items are centrally stored with us, and distributed via trackable consignments to European recipients including other agencies and departments on behalf of our main clients. Works well. P.S. Anyone welcome to pop in and see us!
New staff, new fleet: we welcome Gemma and Izzy into the office, and Graham and Paul onto our Ops Team. All come with great individual skills which are required in order to enhance our team. Watch out for a new section of this website which will introduce the team with images, sorry guys!
