We at Xpression have superb European experience,
having toured extensively throughout all countries
since 1992, from Rovaniemi in Lapland, Finland to
Istanbul, Turkey. If a road serves it, then we’ll
get there. USA and India are also included in the
list. We organise all ferries, tolls, fuels, insurances
and legal requirements for each country, including
ATA Carnets.
Because we have a Full International Operators Licence,
we can carry most goods and services anywhere legally
& professionally. We can source, supply and fully
insure suitable vehicles for your event. We are also
full members of the FTA, meaning that all vehicles
and trailers are fully covered for breakdown or mechanical
problems. To date, it’s a clean sheet! Xpression
offer a full bespoke service to dealership networks
and venues, receiving and confirming bookings, space
required and delivery/ collection ETA’s. A popular
service for client’s.
All clients are encouraged to include our services
from tour concept, thus providing essential knowledge
on what hours, vehicles and promotional trailers can
be used and driven legally. And don’t forget
about our local knowledge including access to almost
every shopping centre, major venue and showground
within the UK.
Our strong fleet includes current 4x4’s, various
transporter trailers offering vehicle/equipment movement,
3.5T megaspace van, and 7.5T trucks. We are looking
to add two new vehicles to the fleet over the next
few months. We also offer the spot-hiring of suitable
trailers for your event. Just ask. |

At the event
Our pedigree has taught us to prepare methodically. This means
training for our staff and servicing for all our kit. This provides
us, staff and all clients with peace of mind. No breakdowns so
far.
All representatives of Xpression are aware of event hours. Often,
legal restrictions apply, e.g. driving hours. However, such restrictions
will always be flagged at the planning stage and overcome with
various options.
But, we do know that an event is not a standard day, and never
expect to work a “nine till five”!
Being based where we are, we offer a full training day which
includes meeting room briefings, followed by full set-ups and
training with the event equipment on site. Motorbikes can be ridden,
roadshows built, foods can be cooked and tasted, electronic games
can be played on stage, etc. All at our central location. |
 Technical
Xpression offer full Audio Visual planning, sourcing and
supply of all items as required. Come to us with your idea,
and we will make it reality.
Lights, vision and sound on a roadshow included, as well
as full AV with PA facilities for an internal event. Full
training is provided to all necessary staff on the event,
which eliminates the “fear” concept and promotes
the “feelgood” factor.
If the unexpected does happen, it is dealt with professionally
by our staff, which means without panic. Technical support
is included with every event and vehicle. |
