Hospitality / Catering
Xpression have a team of trusted suppliers who we use and recommend to our clients. From a single Slushie machine to a full silver service dinner we can provide all food and drinks needs. Our caterers are chosen for their customer service, quality of delivery and use of locally sourced ingredients. From a picnic to a concert, from Baristas to bakers, we can source what is most appropriate for your style of event, with full alcohol licences where needed.
Xpression are also more than happy to work with, and get to know, our clients’ preferred suppliers if that is their preference.
Event Logistics
At Xpression we have our own Logistics division which we use for Events. We own our fleet of trucks, vans and hospitality units as well as other trailers such as covered vehicle transporters, therefore saving the customer the cost of hire of these. Nearly 40 of our trucks and vans are ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) compliant and well as some being ZEZ (Zero Emmission Zone) compliant. Our vehicles are serviced in-house by Xpression Servicing again reducing costs. For a full list of all trucks, vans, Units and other vehicles go to the Hire section of this site.
All events assets from poseur tables to Marquees are quality checked before they leave our shortage units and go through a post-event inspection when they return. On return any damage found is addressed immediately so that the item is ready go out again in perfect condition. All items are delivered by our own drivers and other staff, in our own vehicles so we take full responsibility for transportation, delivery, set up and de-rig, at which points the items are covered by Xpression Insurance.

Xpression Event Solutions started life in Formula 1. In more recent years we have been delivering event logistics for a wide range of motorsports including Moto GP, World Rally Championships (WRC), British Touring Cars (BTC) and Motorcycle events with Ducati. In the UK, Europe and further afield, we have provided all manner of assistance to teams from catering to hospitality units, to expert technical assistance and staff, or furnishings, vehicle transportation and much more. For many years we managed the Rally Stage at The Goodwood Festival of Speed and have also worked with individual rally drivers on their own events.
Xpression have Motorsport assets available for hire, from Tire Change Challenge (a game for visitors), to Marquees. Even a scalextrix modelled on Goodwood’s racetrack for consumers to have a go.
